Q. How can I subscribe?
A. It's easy, you can subscribe by simply adding your email address to our mailing list. Click here for the newsletter subscription form.
Q. How can I remove my email or unsubscribe?
A. This can be done by simply adding the email you wish to the unsubscribe form. Click here for the newsletter unsubscription form.
Q. How is it possible that I received a subscription email - I did not subscribe.
A. Subscriptions are done using a form on our website. Sometimes a user might mistype their email address into this form. This may result in the wrong person being sent a subscription confirmation email. If your email address has been subscribed in error, please remove your email address using the unsubscribe form.
Q. I have not received an email from you for a long time, and now I've started receiving them again - why?
A. We use an email validation technique which is done to cleanse our mailing-list database once every 3 months. If we tried to validate your email and our validator told us that your email address was no longer valid, then we would have suspended sending emails to your email address. If on the next validation run your email address becomes active again, we will resume sending you emails.
Q. I tried to unsubscribe - it does not seem to be working - what can I do?
A. If, for whatever reason, you cannot unsubscribe using the unsubscribe form, simply send us an email to the email address on our contact us page and we will ensure you are removed.
