Q. Is your website secure?
A. Yes. We use industry best encryption. Your credit card details are only ever handled by the bank. In fact, your card details are so secure that even we don't see your card details. You can shop with us in confidence that your details are secure and only you and your bank ever handle your card details.

Q. How accurate are your stock levels?
A. Stock on our website is updated every 30 minutes. You can rest assured knowing that anything you buy from us will be dispatched from our stock, from our building.

Q. When will my order arrive?
A. All orders are dispatched on a next-day service. If an item is in stock and you order before 4pm - your order will arrive with you the next working day.

Q. Are all the products you sell on your website?
A. Yes. We stock a carefully selected range of products. We have evaluated every product that we sell to ensure that it is a product that we absolutely endorse. We would never sell a product that we have not tried and tested.

Q. If I place an order, how can I track it?
A. We will be offering online order tracking very soon. However, until we do, please contact us by phone and we will discuss this with you and hopefully supply you with a courier tracking number.

Q. Payment: Do you accept school and local authority purchase orders?

Q. My Product Has Developed A Fault - What Do I Do?
A. Contact us by telephone straight away. Within your warranty period, we will take the product back and offer a repair. In some exceptional circumstances, we may offer a replacement or a credit note. Please note, it is important that you contact us by telephone straight away.
