Before contacting us, please read the following Q & A below:

• Q. Is "X" Item In Stock?
  
  A. Please see the product info page on our website, for most products it clearly states if an item is in stock, if it does not please feel free to contact us by telephone.
  
  
• Q. A particular item is out of stock, but when will it be available?
  
  A. Next shipment dates into us for any product is clearly marked on our website, you can find it directly below the out-of-stock logo. If we do not currently know when an product will become available to us again, it will say on our website.
  
  
• Q. When will my order arrive?
  
  A. Your order will arrive within 2-3 working days of placing your order. Working days do not include Weekend Days and Bank Holidays.
  
  
• Q. I am thinking of bulk buying, do you offer extra disounts?
  
  A. Yes, absolutely. But first, please check the item's page, bulk dicounts are already shown. If you are a large company and wish to buy in large bulk quantities, e.g. 100 or more please call us without delay as stock moves fast!
  
  
• Q. I don't have a credit card, or my company wants to pay by cheque. What's the procedure?
  
  A. We only accept purchase orders over £350. We will accept smaller orders in exceptional instances, say for a charity. For orders under the £350 threshold, we recommend buying the goods on your credit card, and then billing your company, who should be happy to pay the bill. But don't worry, we will send you an invoice in the company's name.
  
  
• Q. I placed my order within the last few days, can I have a tracking number?
  
  A. Since orders take around 2-3 days to be dispatched and delivered, not including the day you placed your order, you should wait at least this time before asking us for tracking details. For example, if you placed your order on a Monday, before 4pm, it is safe to assume it should not arrive until at least Wednesday.
